Each of our service calls is monitored and dispatched through our bespoke management system to insure time spent on your project is as efficient as possible. All of our service calls are monitored by our service coordinator that dispatches your call and ensures customer satisfaction. We do our utmost to ensure that all work is completed as cost effectively as possible and will advise our customers to the best of our ability before any decisions are made. We welcome all our customers’ input so we may improve service every day. For your convenience, we operate an out of hours emergency breakdown service should you require it.

We use the Seaward PAT Tester. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is a process by which portable electrical appliances are routinely checked for safety.PAT testing reduces the risk of electrical shock by detecting potential safety problems with electrical appliances before they occur.
